Details:
On or about Wednesday, April 13th, 2022, around 3:18 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident left an 18-year-old man dead. Authorities from the area said the accident was reported along Northeast Loop 338 in Odessa, Texas.
Officers from the Odessa Police Department said 18-year-old Adam Hubanks was killed when the DOdge Nitro he was driving allegedly veered off the side of NE Loop 338 and struck a pole a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders pronounced Hubanks dead of his injuries at the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from Grandview Avenue.
Officials are still looking into the cause of the accident.
