On or about Thursday, December 23rd, 2021, around 8:30 at night, a serious motorcycle accident claimed the life of a 28-year-old man. Authorities from the LPD said the accident was reported at the intersection of McPherson Road and Shiloh Drive in Laredo, Texas.
Law enforcement spokespeople from the area said 28-year-old Alan Covarrubias was killed when the motorcycle he was on crashed under unspecified circumstances on Shiloh Drive at McPherson Road. Paramedics rushed Covarrubias to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time after his arrival. Police did not specify if there was any other vehicles involved in the accident.
