Details:
On or about Monday, November 7th, 2022, around 5:50 in the morning, a hit-and-run accident with a pedestrian left one man dead. Authorities from the HCSO said the accident was reported along Farm-to-Market 1960 in Harris County, Texas.
Authorities from the Texas DPS said Albert Grisel was killed when he was allegedly struck by a passing vehicle as he was near or trying to cross the roadway in his wheelchair. After the initial accident, the vehicle fled the scene of the accident. Griesel succumbed to his injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the far north side of Houston.
Police are still looking for the vehicle and driver that fled the scene.
