On or about Thursday, April 22nd, 2021, around 2:30 in the morning, an accident between a car and a tractor-trailer left one individual dead. Department of Public Safety Troopers said the accident was reported in the 12300 block of Montana Avenue in El Paso, Texas.
Deputies from the Sheriff’s Department said Alexis Antonio Pinales was killed when his car allegedly hit the back of a tractor-trailer in the westbound lanes of Montana Avenue. Paramedics rushed Pinales to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time after their arrival. Police did not mention any other vehicles or injuries in their preliminary statement on the accident.
According to Google Maps, the 12300 block of Montana Avenue is situated on the far east side of El Paso.
