On or about Thursday, July 22nd, 2021, an accident between a minivan and a tractor-trailer left one woman dead and sent three others to the hospital. Investigators from the area said the accident occurred at the intersection of Route 191 and Route 34 in Williams County, Ohio.
Authorities said 35-year-old Angela Barkell was killed, while 37-year-old Cheston Barkell and two children were injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly struck the minivan they were in at the intersection of Route 191 and Route 34. Emergency responders pronounced Angela Barkell dead of her injuries after the accident, while Cheston Barkell and two children were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
According to Google Maps, Williams County is located roughly 158 miles west of downtown Cleveland.
