Details:
On or about Friday, March 18th, 2022, around 5:45 in the evening, an accident between a pedestrian and two passenger vehicle left one person dead. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported on North Walters Street at the intersection with Dignowity in San Antonio, Texas.
Officers from the San Antonio Police Department said Ansel Mitchell was killed when a Chrysler 300 and a Chrysler 200 allegedly collided, causing one of the vehicles to hit Mitchell, who was walking nearby. Emergency responders rushed Mitchell to Brooke Army Medical Center where they succumbed to their injuries a short time after their arrival.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of North Walters Street and Dignowity is on the east side of San Antonio.
Police are still investigating the incident.
