Details:
On or about Friday, December 24th, 2021, around 7:20 in the evening, a hit-and-run accident between a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle left one individual dead. Deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported on Spring Cypress Road in Houston, Texas.
Law enforcement representatives from the HSCO said Anthony Rodriguez was killed when a car allegedly struck his motorcycle while attempting a U-turn on Spring Cypress Road. Emergency responders pronounced Rodriguez dead of his injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the accident. The driver of the car fled the scene after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is located on the northwest side of Houston.
Officials are still trying to track down the driver of the car.
