Details:
On or about Saturday, February 12th, 2022, around 1:43 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident claimed the life of a 26-year-old man. Troopers from the DPS said the accident was reported at the intersection of Highway 35 and Highway 185 in Calhoun County, Texas.
Representatives from the Department of Public Safety said 26-year-old Antonio Alaca was killed when the car he was in drove off the side of the road and rolled multiple times in a field a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders pronounced Alaca dead of his injuries at the scene of the crash.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance north of Pampa.
Police are still investigating the accident.
