Details:
On or about Sunday, April 17th, 2022, around 3:00 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle rollover car accident left one woman dead and sent a man to the hospital. Representatives from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Highway 60 in Deaf Smith County, Texas.
Authorities from the Texas DPS said 47-year-old Araceli Gonzalez-DeSaldivar was killed while 44-year-old Ysmael Dominguez-Vazquez were killed when the pickup truck they were in allegedly lost control and rolled along Highway 60. Paramedics pronounced Gonzalez-DeSaldivar dead a short time after the accident, while Dominguez-Vazquez was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 4 miles northeast of Hereford.
Officials are still examining the cause of the accident.
