On or about May 21st, 2021, around 12:27 in the afternoon, a major accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer sent one woman to the hospital. Troopers from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Kuykendahl Road in Harris County, Texas.
Deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said 22-year-old Ashley Casimiro was injured when the vehicle she was in was allegedly struck from behind by a tractor-trailer along Kuykendahl Road. Emergency responders transported Casimiro to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from the intersection with Dowdell Road.
Police are still examining the cause of the accident.
