A box truck driver was killed in a single vehicle rollover accident while driving east along the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Monroe Township, PA. Troopers with the Pennsylvania State Police state the accident took place around 4:30 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025.
Initial reports say the box truck collided with a guard rail before going into an embankment. It then returned to the roadway where it flipped onto its roof. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, and no other vehicles were involved in the crash. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
