On or about Monday, February 21st, 2022, around 5:56 at night, an accident between a tractor-trailer and an 18-wheeler left one individual dead. Law enforcement spokespeople from the MSP said the accident was reported along Interstate 35 near just outside Albert Lea, Minnesota.
Officials from the Minnestoa State Patrol said Bradley D. Oachs was killed when the tractor-trailer he was driving allegedly slammed into a jackknifed 18-wheeler. Emergency responders rushed Oachs to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time after his arrival.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 35 cuts north and south through Albert Lea, which is in southern Minnesota.
Police are still investigating the accident.
