On or about Thursday, June 30th, 2022, sometime in the afternoon hours, a serious accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle left a 49-year-old woman dead. Troopers from the MSP said the accident was reported along Moselle-Seminary Road in Jones County, Mississippi.
Spokespeople from the Mississippi State Police said 49-year-old Brenda Carlisle-Guinn was killed when the vehicle she was driving and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances while driving down Moselle Seminary Road. Paramedics pronounced Carlisle-Guinn dead of her injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is at or near the intersection with Stewart Drive.
Police are still looking into the crash.
