46-Year-Old Brian Hix was killed in a head-on collision with a tractor-trailer on Social Circle Parkway/Georgia 11 Bypass in Social Circle, GA. Troopers from the Georgia State Patrol say the crash took place around 6:40 a.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
According to reports, Hix was travelling north when his Dodge Ram reportedly veered into the southbound lane, colliding head-on with the tractor-trailer. The driver of the tractor-trailer was uninjured, while Hix was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
