33-Year-Old Charles Glover was killed after being struck from behind by another vehicle on Highway 13 in Humnoke, AR, on Thursday, January 2, 2025. The Arkansas Department of Public Safety reports the collision occurred shortly before 10:00 a.m. when Glover exited his vehicle to fill a pothole and was then struck by a vehicle being driven by David Snowden. The investigation is ongoing.
