On or about Saturday, July 10th, 2021, around 12:00 in the afternoon, an accident between a delivery truck and a child pedestrian left the boy dead. Officials from the BPD said the accident was reported near 70 Bellingham Street in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
Local law enforcement officials said a 22-month-old boy was killed when he was allegedly struck by a delivery truck under unknown conditions. Paramedics rushed the child to Massachusetts General Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time after his arrival. Officials did not specify where they boy was standing at the time of the accident in their initial statement.
