On or about Wednesday, April 27th, 2022, around 9:50 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle motorcycle accident left a 29-year-old man dead. Spokespeople from the Travis County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Interstate 35 in Austin, Texas.
Representatives from the Texas Department of Public Safety said 29-year-old Christian Stewart killed when the motorcycle he was driving allegedly veered off the side of Interstate 35 and crashed into a pillar a short distance off the roadway. Emergency responders pronounced Stewart dead of his injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the exchange with Highway 183.
Police are still investigating.
