On or about Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022, around 10:02 at night, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a Jeep Wrangler left one person dead and sent another person to the hospital. Officials from the UHP said the accident was reported along State Road 191 in Grand County, Utah.
Troopers from the Utah Highway Patrol said 66-year-old Christopher J. Quinn was killed when the Jeep Wrangler he was driving allegedly veered over the center line of Route 191 and crashed into a tractor-trailer in oncoming traffic. Quinn was pronounced dead a short time after the collision, while a woman in the Jeep was taken to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, Grand County is about 225 miles southeast of Salt Lake City.
