On or about Tuesday, October 26th, 2021, around 8:00 at night, an accident between a motorcycle and an Amazon box truck claimed the life of a 24-year-old man. Deputies from the Clark County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported at the intersection of Alexander Road and Losee Road in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
Authorities said 24-year-old Christopher West was killed when an Amazon box truck allegedly attempted a turn at Alexander and Losee when it struck West’s motorcycle. Emergency responders pronounced West dead of his injuries a short time after they responded to the crash. Officials did not mention any other injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance north of downtown Las Vegas.
Police are still looking into the accident.
