Details:
On or about Sunday, October 31st, 2021, around 2:05 in the afternoon, an accident between a motorcycle, a tractor-trailer, and a passenger vehicle sent four people to the hospital. Troopers from the DPS said the accident was reported along Interstate 10 in Orange, Texas.
Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers said Christopher Winchester and three other people were injured when the trailer portion of a tractor-trailer allegedly swung into a nearby Toyota Camry after hitting a bump in the road. After the Camry was hit by the trailer it struck a nearby barrier, while a motorcycle skidded to the ground to avoid a collision with the tractor-trailer or the car. The driver of the tractor-trailer, two people in the Camry, and Winchester were injured in the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 10 runs east and west through Orange, which is about 108 miles east of downtown Houston.
