On or about Monday, March 28th, 2022, around 8:26 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and an SUV left a 76-year-old man dead. Local law enforcement representatives said the accident was reported at the intersection of 236th Street and Six Points Road in Hamilton County, Indiana.

Authorities from the Indiana State Police said 76-year-old Claude V. Burtron was killed when the SUV he was in was allegedly struck by a tractor-trailer at the intersection of 236th Street and Six Points Road. Emergency responders pronounced Burtron dead a short time after they responded to the accident.

According to Google Maps, Hamilton County is about 28 miles north of downtown Indianapolis.

Police are still investigating the accident.
