Details:
On or about Thursday, April 28th, 2022, A serious three-vehicle car accident left a 27-year-old woman dead and sent a 19-year-old man to the hospital. Officials from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along State Highway 63 in Jasper County, Texas.
Deputies from the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department said 27-year-old Crystal Craft was killed when the Dodge Avenger she was driving was allegedly struck from behind a Dodge Dakota driven by 19-year-old Jesse Bailey. After the initial accident, Craft’s Avenger veered off the side of the roadway and crashed into a parked car in a lot a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders pronounced Craft dead of her injuries a short time after the accident, while Bailey was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries stemming from the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from mile marker 750.
