A 65-Year-Old pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross Judge Ely Boulevard in Abilene, TX. The Abilene Police report the accident occurred around 9:22 p.m. on Sunday, January 26. The disabled man was using a mobility scooter while attempting to cross the road, when he was struck by the 69-year-old female driver of the 2017 Cadillac XT5. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
