Details:

34-Year-Old Edson Quintero De La Cruz was killed and Marcalina Santana and Maria Mendoza injured when their box truck collided with a farm tractor on State Route 26 east of Othello, WA. Troopers from the Washington State Police say the accident occurred around 12:26 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025.

Both the box truck and the farm tractor, driven by Alberto Leal, were travelling east when the truck crashed into the rear of the tractor. De La Cruz was pronounced dead at the scene, while Santana and Mendoza were transported to Kadlec Regional Medical Center for treatment of unknown injuries. Investigation into the accident is underway.
