Details

Eugenio and Marry Hernandez, of Victoria, TX, were killed Monday, November 25, 2024, when their vehicle was struck by a semi-truck travelling east on State Highway 7 near Chilton, TX. Reports indicate the driver of the semi-truck collided with the Buick Enclave when it attempted to turn left off of Farm Road 935, onto State Highway 7. Eugenio was declared dead at the scene and Marry would be transported to Baylor Scott and White in Temple, TX, where she would later succumb to her injuries and also be pronounced dead.

The Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers are currently investigating the accident.
