On or about Monday, November 29th, 2021, around 7:30 in the morning, an accident between a box truck and several other vehicles sent four individuals to the hospital. Troopers from the PSP said the accident was reported along the southbound side of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Authorities said four as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a box truck allegedly hit the back of two vehicles that had slowed for traffic, pushing one of those vehicles into another nearby car. Emergency responders transported four people to the hospital with unknown injuries after the accident. Officials did not indicate which vehicles the victims were in at the time of the collision.

According to Google Maps, the Pennsylvania Turnpike cuts north and south through Bucks County, which is about 43 miles north of downtown Philadelphia.

Police are still working to determine the cause of the accident.
