On or about Thursday, October 22nd, around 3:15 in the morning, a three vehicle accident involving a tractor-trailer sent four people to the hospital. Officials said the accident happened in the northbound lanes of the Dan Ryan Expressway near 18th Street in Chicago, Illinois.
Police said that four unidentified people were injured following a chain-reaction accident between an 18-wheeler and two other cars that began under unspecified conditions. One victim was taken to Mercy Hospital, while three others were transported to other nearby hospitals with unknown injuries.
