Details:

63-Year-Old George Maskara Jr. was killed after his vehicle collided with a detached trailer on NC 211 in Bolivia, NC. Troopers from the North Carolina State Highway Patrol say the accident took place the night of Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

Initial reports the Maskara was travelling east and a Lee Electric truck, driven by Cody Frabotta, was pulling a trailer with an excavator was headed west. The trailer detached from the truck, crossed the center line and collided with Maskara.

Frabotta was charged with misdemeanor death for his role in the accident, which is currently under investigation.
