Details:
On or about Monday, May 23rd, 2022, around 5:00 in the afternoon, an accident between a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle left a 2-year-old boy dead. Authorities from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Browning Drive in North Richland Hills, Texas.
Officials from the Texas DPS said 2-year-old Gideon Randall was killed when he was allegedly hit by a passing vehicle as they were walking near or across Browning Drive. Emergency responders rushed Randall to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time after his arrival. Police did not mention any other vehicles in their statement on the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the intersection with Iron Horse Boulevard.
Officials are still investigating.
