Details:
On or about Tuesday, May 24th, 2022, around 5:00 in the afternoon, a multi-vehicle accident with a tractor-trailer left one person dead and sent two others to the hospital. Troopers from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Highway 276 in Rockwall, Texas.
Local law enforcement officials said 27-year-old Grayson Davis was killed when a tractor-trailer, a passenger vehicle, and an SUV collided in a chain-reaction accident along Highway 276. Emergency responders pronounced Davis dead of his injuries, but officials did not state which vehicle he was in at the time of the accident. Paramedics transported the driver of the tractor-trailer and one person in the SUV to the hospital with unknown injuries.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the exchange with Rochelle Road.
Police are still investigating.
