Officers indicated Gregory Piggs was injured when his car and two other vehicles were allegedly hit by a tractor-trailer while waiting to turn. Piggs was treated for injuries of an unknown nature or severity after the crash. No other injuries were mentioned by police.
Authorities identified the driver of the tractor-trailer as 37-year-old Alen Rogers, who was cited with reckless driving after the crash.
