Details:
On or about Wednesday, June 1st, 2022, around 10:00 at night, a serious tractor-trailer accident sent one person to the hospital. Law enforcement officials said the accident was reported along Telegraph Road in Ash Township, Michigan.
Spokespeople from the Michigan State Police said 43-year-old Hamza Mohamed was killed when the motorcycle he was on was allegedly hit by a tractor-trailer that pulled onto Telegraph. Emergency responders pronounced Mohamed dead of his injuries a short time after the accident. Police did not mention any other injuries in their statement on the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from Interstate 275.
Authorities are still investigating the crash.
