On or about Thursday, February 3rd, 2022, sometime in the hours after dark, a major car accident left at least one person injured. Authorities from the area said the accident was reported along the Westpark Tollway near the exchange with Farm-to-Market 1464 in Fort Bend County, Texas.
Troopers from the Texas Department of Public Safety said at least one individual was injured when a vehicle crashed under unspecified circumstances while driving down Westpark Tollway. Emergency responders treated at least one individual for unspecified injuries after the accident, but it is not currently clear if they were taken to the hospital or if they were treated at the scene.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 35 miles southwest of downtown Houston.
