On or about Sunday, January 16th, 2022, sometime in the evening hours, an accident between a tractor-trailer and an SUV sent at least one person to the hospital. Troopers from the MSP said the accident was reported along the southbound side of Highway 49 in Forrest County, Mississippi.
Law enforcement representatives from the Mississippi State Police said at least one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a tractor-trailer and an SUV collided under unspecified circumstances along Highway 49. Emergency responders transported at least one person to the hospital with unknown injuries. Officials did not specify which vehicle the victims were in at the time of the accident.
