Details:
On or about Saturday, June 12th, 2021, around 1:30 in the afternoon, an accident between a car and a tractor-trailer sent one person to the hospital. Troopers from the PSP said the accident was reported on the westbound side of Interstate 80 just outside Clarion, Pennsylvania.
Deputies from the Clarion County Sheriff’s Office said 18-year-old Isaiah Hayden was seriously hurt when his car allegedly collided with a tractor-trailer in a construction zone on westbound Interstate 80. Paramedics rushed Hayden to the hospital with serious injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 80 runs east and west just south of Clarion, which is about 77 miles north of downtown Pittsburgh.
State and local law enforcement assisted in the accident investigation.
