On or about Thursday, May 12th, 2022, around 12:45 in the afternoon, an accident between a garbage truck and a motorcycle left a 30-year-old man dead. Spokespeople from the PSP said the accident was reported at the intersection of Lycoming Creek Road and Mahaffey Lane in Old Lycoming Township, Pennsylvania.
Representatives from the Pennsylvania State Police said 30-year-old Jabe Walters was killed when the motorcycle he was on allegedly collided with a turning garbage truck at the intersection of Lycoming Creek Road and Mahaffey Lane. Emergency responders rushed Walters to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time after his arrival.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the collision is situated in Lycoming County.
