On or about June 14th, 2021, around 5:40 in the morning, an accident between an SUV and a tractor-trailer sent a 66-year-old woman to the hospital. Authorities from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Interstate 345 near Ross Avenue in Dallas, Texas.
Representatives from the Dallas Police Department said 66-year-old Jacqueline Elaine Evans was injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly made an unsafe lane change and struck the SUV she was in along I-345. Paramedics transported Evans to the hospital with unspecified injuries after the accident. The driver of the tractor-trailer was uninjured in the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from downtown Dallas.
Police are still investigating the accident.
