On or about Thursday, June 30th, 2022, around 10:30 at night, a serious two-vehicle car accident left a 34-year-old man dead. Officials from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported along Loop 410 in San Antonio, Texas.
Officers from the San Antonio Police Department said 34-year-old Jake Edward Harris was killed when the SUV he was in and another vehicle collided under unknown conditions along Loop 410. After the initial accident, the SUV drove off the side of the roadway and rolled a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders pronounced Harris dead of his injuries after the accident. The driver of the other vehicle was unhurt in the crash.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the exchange with New Sulphur Springs Road.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
