On or about May 2nd, 2022, sometime in the early morning hours, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer left a 48-year-old man dead. Spokespeople from the OSHP said the accident was reported along State Route 67 in Hardin County, Ohio.
Officials from the Ohio State Highway Patrol said 48-year-old James Rasnick was killed when the vehicle he was driving was allegedly hit by a tractor-trailer after Rasnick drove off the side of the roadway and returned on SR 67. Emergency responders pronounced Rasnick dead of his injuries a short time after the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from Kenton.
Police are still investigating the accident.
