On or about Thursday, September 16th, 2021, around 10:00 in the morning, an accident between a pedestrian and a tractor-trailer left a 54-year-old man dead. Officials from the NHSP said the accident was reported at the Wal-Mart Distribution Center on Freetown Road in Raymond, New Hampshire.
Police said 54-year-old James Tomilson was killed when he was allegedly pinned against an 18-wheeler when a nearby tractor-trailer lunged forward unexpectedly. Paramedics pronounced Tomilson dead of his injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the incident. Authorities did not mention any other injuries stemming from the incident.
According to Google Maps, the Wal-Mart Distribution Center is situated at 42 Freetown Road in Raymond, which is about 32 miles southeast of Concord.
Multiple agencies are investigating the incident.
