On or about March 23rd, 2022, around 9:10 at night, a serious two-vehicle car accident sent one person to the hospital. Authorities from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Nichols Sawmill Road in Magnolia, Texas.
Local law enforcement officials said 20-year-old Jared Barron was injured when an SUV driven by Sean Warner allegedly crossed over the center line of Nichols Sawmill Road and struck Barron’s BMW head-on. Emergency responders transported Barron to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
Authorities arrested Warner on suspicion of intoxication assault in connection with the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from Indigo Lake Drive.
Police are still investigating.
