On or about Sunday, August 1st, 2021, around 9:08 at night, an accident between a motorcycle and a tow truck claimed the life of a 36-year-old man. Troopers from the NYSP said the accident was reported along Route 9W in Catskill, New York.
Deputies from the Greene County Sheriff’s Department said 36-year-old Jason Andrews was killed when the motorcycle he was driving and a tow truck collided head-on under unspecified circumstances. Emergency responders pronounced Andrews dead of his injuries at the scene of the accident. Officials did not mention any other injuries stemming from the incident.
