Details:
On or about Monday, February 28th, 2022, around 11:00 at night, an accident between a tractor-trailer and two other vehicles left a 30-year-old woman dead. Deputies from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported along Interstate 20 in Mesquite, Texas.
Troopers from the Department of Public Safety said 30-year-old Jennifer Young and a 3-year-old boy were killed when a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle allegedly collided with Young’s vehicle, which was disabled in the roadway on I-20. Emergency responders pronounced Young and her 3-year-old dead of their injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the east side of Mesquite.
Police are still investigating the accident.
