Details:
On or about Saturday, May 7th, 2022, around 5:30 in the evening, a hit-and-run accident between a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle left a 44-year-old woman dead. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported along Cuebra Road in San Antonio, Texas.
Officers from the San Antonio Police Department said an as-of-yet unidentified 44-year-old woman was killed when she was allegedly hit by an SVU as she was walking alongside or made an attempt to cross the lanes of Culebra Road. Emergency responders rushed Harper to a nearby hospital where she succumbed to her injuries a short time after her arrival.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is at or near the intersection with Alamo Downs Parkway.
Police are still looking for the driver and vehicle that fled the scene.
