83-Year-Old Jon Hill was injured after his vehicle was struck by a semi-truck at Oxford Road and 630th Street near Atlantic in Cass County, IA. Deputies from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office say the accident took place around 8:09 a.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

Reports show Hill was travelling west on Oxford and after coming to a stop, he was struck by a northbound semi driven by Jeffrey Meyer when he entered the intersection. Hill was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
