Details:

Jonathan Michael Rice was killed in a near head-on collision with a truck while driving his motorcycle along Groce Meadow Road in Taylors, SC. South Carolina Highway Patrol reports the accident took place around 5:57 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

Rice was travelling south when his motorcycle crossed the center line and collided with a northbound truck. He was later pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities say the investigation into the accident is underway.
