Representatives from the California Highway Patrol said 51-year-old Jose Rodriguez was killed when the vehicle he was in and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances along the 105 Freeway. Emergency responders pronounced Rodriguez dead of his injuries after the collision.
