Details:

Joshua Guadalupe River Bridge was killed and Matthew Payton critically injured in a head-on collision with a semi-truck at the Guadalupe River Bridge on State Highway 46, near Seguin, TX. Officers from the Seguin Police Department state the accident happened around 7:50 a.m. on Monday, March 10, 2025.

The Ford F-150 being driven by Green was travelling north when it reportedly crossed the center line and collided with the southbound semi-truck. The semi-truck burst into flames after the collision, with the driver receiving minor injuries. Green was pronounced dead at the scene, and Payton was transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.

Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
