On or about Thursday, June 2nd, 2022, around 5:35 in the morning, a major accident between a tour bus and a motorcycle left a 38-year-old man dead. Troopers from the ASP said the accident was reported along Highway 412 in Springdale, Arkansas.
Authorities from the Arkansas State Police said 38-year-old Justin Craig Fernandez was killed when the motorcycle he was on allegedly collided with a tour bus that had stopped in the middle of a turn out of the Doubletree Hotel parking lot. Emergency responders pronounced Fernandez dead of his injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the exchange with Sunset Avenue.
Police are still investigating.
