On or about Monday, August 2nd, 2021, around 10:26 in the morning, an accident between a dump truck and a car claimed the life of a 39-year-old man. Authorities said the accident was reported along the Cochran Causeway in Mobile, Alabama.
Troopers from the ALEA said 39-year-old Kasuan Bullard was killed when his car was allegedly hit by a dump truck while attempting a U-turn on the Cochran Causeway. Paramedics pronounced Bullard dead of his injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the accident. Police did not name the driver of the dump truck, who was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, the Cochran Causeway is situated on the north side of Mobile.
Officials hope to release the findings of their investigation as soon as they become available.
